Help I want to turn on spell check!

I have the new bold and I can't find where to turn on spell check !

Hi,

On your device, go to Options and you will see spell check.  You can turn on the options there.

its not under options iv looked a million times!

What software version are you running?  I am on 6.0.0.222 and it is in Options/Typing & Input/Spell Check.  In OS 5.0 I think it was in Options/Keyboard/

From the User's Manual

Change options for checking spelling
You can change the type and length of words that the spelling checker includes when checking spelling.
1. On the Home screen or in a folder, click the Options ICON.
2. Click Spell Check.
3. Change one or more options.
4. Press the Menu key.
5. Click Save.

BTW, the Options Icon looks like a wrench.

Other than this I don't know what to tell you.  Maybe take your unit back to the store and see if they can help.  Good Luck.

ok well iv had a blackberry for 3 years now i know how to use it thats why i find it so weird that theres no spell check option in the options folder this is my 4th blackberry so i know everything i guess its just not on here ill have to go to the store thanks though

No offense intended.  Sounds like somehow if was removed from the OS when loaded.  It has been on my Bold in all the software versions I have had.
