Dead Blackberry Storm 2!

My BB Storm 2 is tired of me! Recently, the battery died and so I recharged it..when it was reloading, it stopped half way and gave me the finger!!!....at least that's what I thought...in the center of a white screen, it now reads...Reload Software:513...Anybody know what's going on? I really don't want to wait for hours in line at the Verizon store...THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for your input!!

Hi,

The software (Operating System) on the device needs to be reloaded.  It has become corrupted.  Follow the instructions found at http://support.vzw.com/clc/devices/knowledge_base.html?id=17427 to download the OS, install it to your computer, and reload to your device.  Hope that helps,
