Data plan question

Hi I would like someone to clearify something for me. I was old by a friend of mine that the $29.99 unlimited data plan isnt exactly "unlimited." He said that any type of e-mails i recieve, for example a facebook notification, I would be charged kb's. If this is true then exactly what is considered "unlimited?"

I think your friend is mistaken. You will not be charged kb's. I receive email notifications from Verizon Community and others, all the time, I'm not getting charged at all! I go into My Verizon account and see only the $29.99 Blackberry Data charge (required for all Blackberry phones).  I only see my unlimited Blackberry data usage. There is a 5gb limit only if you "tether" the Blackberry, meaning if you use the Blackberry to connect computer to internet. I pay the Blackberry data plan on top my regular voice plan. Text messaging, mms are part of another bundle, completely separate from Blackberry data. :smileywink:

Sorry to hijack this post, but Verizon Community brings up a curious question. Is there anyway to reply to these from BB phone? I have tried to log in to this board from my BB  and it will not unscramble enough to let you clearly see the log in screen. It seems to have some red sign on this board covering the log in and I have made it as big as it will go and still cannot get a clear log in screen on my BB. I noticed under the BB menu when reading these on my BB a item in the scroll that says reply to Community? Has anyone been able to write something in the is message board from their phone? If so please explain the steps you took?
