When I enter a contact on the screen, I get the message "No Addresses". The only way to make a call is to go to my Address icon, then select the address.

All the addresses are in my address book - it's just that I can't take a shortcut by entering from the screen.

I've tried Blackberry help, but they don't show any such problem, nor is there any apparent way to inform them.

What phone are you using and can clarify when you say "Enter a contact on the screen..."?
