I'm having the most differcult time trying to download my pictures from my blackberry phone to someone else phone. My blackberry takes the picture, but when I attempt to send it, they want go through, all I see is a clock, that's it. Can someone out in the world help me with this small issue that I am having, please.

Hi, Ladybug. Are you trying to send as MMS, email or BBM?

I have listed steps to send a picture from your Blackberry device. I also recommend power cycling your phone for 1-2 minutes to perform a soft reset. 


Take and send a new picture, you can use the instructions below:

 

  1. From the Home screen, press the Menu button.

  2. Select Camera then press in on the trackball.

  3. Press in on the trackball to take the picture.

  4. Select envelope icon then press in on the trackball.

  5. Select Send As MMS then press in on the trackball.

  6. Select Use Once then press in on the trackball.

  7. Select Email then press in on the trackball.

  8. Enter the short code 438749 then press in on the trackball.

  9. Add a Subject to the message if desired.

  10. Add Text to the message if desired then press in on the trackball.

  11. Select Send then press in on the trackball.

 

To Send a picture from the device memory, you can use the steps below:

 

  1. From the Home screen, press the Menu button.

  2. Select Media then press in on the trackball.

  3. Select Pictures then press in on the trackball.

  4. Select the desired picture folder then press in on the trackball.
    • My Pictures
    • Preloaded Pictures
  5. Select the desired picture then press in on the Menu button.

  6. Select Send As MMS then press in on the trackball.

  7. Select Use Once then press in on the trackball.

  8. Select Email then press in on the trackball.

  9. Enter the short code 438749 then press in on the trackball.

  10. Add a Subject to the message if desired.

  11. Add Text to the message if desired then press in on the trackball.

  12. Select Send then press in on the trackball.
