Blackberry PTT

Does any one know if Blackberry Push to Talk can connect to any phone with PTT or just other Blackberrys?

For example can my Bold PTT with a Motorola Barrage, which also has PTT?

Also is there a fee for BB PTT or is it still free?

Push To Talk with Verizon is to any phone capable within the Verizon Wireless Network with PTT.  There is a fee now, I don't remember what it is at the moment.  There was only a period of a month to get it for free but that is no longer available.
