I have read everything that I can find on the VZW website regarding the backup assistant. I do use BDM to do back up but also want to use BA to do automatic backups in case I forget to do it.
Many BB users have been able to install the BA on their phones and it is working fine. VZW is supposed to be pushing it out to BB phones--like they did Skype--even though the CSR do not know a thing about it.
