Blackberry is not backup assistant compatible to my knowledge. You have to use bb desktop software on your computer to perform a backup of your contacts and other bb data. You can download the desktop software by going to vzam.net/blackberry from your home computer.

No, Sorry but Verizon Wireless Backup Assistant is not compatible with the BlackBerry® OS.
