I have searched a couple of places and found people complaining about the slowness via BB desk manager with Media Manager. The suggestions out there were to enable mass storage mode and just use window explorer to copy the files over to my computer.
My issue is that my BB Media Card is encrypted via my corporate security policies. I can't seem to find a way to change that. When I copy the files over to my computer via windows explorer the ext of the files are .jpg.rem (i believe that mean that they are encrypted). From what I read the only way to copy them to my computer is via media manger since I have alot of files and emailing them would be a long process.
What is the issue with media manager - why is it sooo slow that it become unresponsive to windows....
Is there any other workarounds?
