I have a new storm and I really like it but are having some issues.  Any help would be appreciated.

1.  My battery seems to go very quickly with little use.  When I travel, this is really a big headache.  What are some things I can do to extend the batter life?

2.  Sometimes it asks for my "origina of country", why?

3.  Can I access my deleted e-mail?  If so, steps please.
