This is my third phone in less than one year. I charged my battery last night and when I went to unplug it after it was done, the phone had turned off. I unplugged it and now the phone will not turn on. I took the battery out and when i replaced it, it turns on but won't let me get to any apps. Then once the backlight starts to dim, it just turns off again. HELP....this is ridiculous. I'm ready to just leave Verizon and go to a different phone service. The last time this happened, I drove an hour to the verizon store and they told me i would have to call verizon myself. How can i do that when the phone won't even turn on??????
