So I recently swapped my phone over to the BB Storm 2. i have been trying to use my device but it wont allow to use the browser and i cant send mms. i called and was on the phone for over two hours. i even was sent over to RIM and they informed me that me Blackberry services need to be activated by Verizon. i have tried and nothing seems to work. tired of waiting on hold forever and a day! my opera mini browser was working but now i cant even access the internet from there anymore! Can someone please help me!?!?

I am sorry to see that you are experiencing data issues with your Blackberry Storm 2 device. It appears that your phone is having issues with the activation process. I recommend doing a factory reset http://vz.to/Q1iLyT and then try to activate again by dialing *228 option 1, and following the prompts on your phone. If factory activation fails you should consider replacing your device. Is your phone within the 12 month manufacturer warranty? If so, se the replacement process http://vz.to/uyYF0o here.
