It won't work with wifi

We definitely want your device to be able to connect to WiFi and happy to help. How long has this been going on? Have there been any changes since this started such as new apps, app updates, software updates or even damage? What seems to be going on exactly when you attempt to connect to WiFi? Are you having trouble with all connections or just specific?Please share some additional details.
