I had my Tour plugged into my car charger and the screen when went white and displayed in very small letters "Technical Issue Please Return to place of purchase for repair" I took it to Verizon they said they can't do anything because there is no error code. I have replaced battery tried to sync with my computer and can't get anything to happen. Has anyone ever seen this? I used the Password Saver and now can't get to anything on the phone. HELP
