Blackberry Curve Email

When Blackberry was first set up, email came in regularly.  Now, approx. 5 weeks later, email will come in when phone is first turned on but only way I can retrieve email is to turn phone off and turn it on again.  Very inconvenient - any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

have you tried to resend the service books?is this a pop email acct or your blackberry email?

you can goto options, mobile network , in there hit your bb button and click diagnostic test  to see if everything  checks out ok .

i know alot of people have email problems associated with the facebook app if that applies to you.
