Am i able use my BB Curve 8530 with the limited (25mb) data plan? Does Verizon allow that?

No, that plan was only available for a short time and only on the (now defunct) Multi-media 3G category phones. Your options for a Blackberry are $15 / 150 MB, $29.99 unlimited regular plan, or $45 unlimited Corporate plan.
