I was having problems getting these two devices to pair up and found the fix below. I thought this might be useful to someone else.

"Try turning the phone off and then turn the phone back on, put the headset into pairing mode by turning the headset on, hold in the silver + key on the back of the ear piece at the same time you hold the call control button on the ear piece until you see the light on the headset flashing red/blue.  Then go into your phone settings and connect to your phone that way.  If that doesn't work, try deleting the headset out of your phone, turn your phone and the headset off.  First turn your phone on, then turn on your headset.  Once the headset is on, press and hold the silver + key on the back of the ear piece at the same time you hold the call control button on the headset until you see the light on the headset flashing red/blue, red/blue.  Go into the settings and connections on your phone and search for the headset.  One of the last steps your phone should ask you for is a passkey, which is 4 zeroes (0000).  Please keep in mind, that when you are trying to pair the headset to one device, you should keep all other Bluetooth devices as far away as possible so that they do not interfere while pairing.  Also, you should only have to pair the headset to your phone one time unless you have done a reset on your phone. "
