Spilled water on my LG--SHOT, upgraded to a new BB Curve via online order. Went on VW website to add my 100+ contacts (which were showing at the time I went on the website) to my new BB curve smart phone. Installed the BA app on my curve. Kept hitting sync button on VW website--Nothing! Hit sync again. No contacts were showing on my CURVE. Tried again next day. Checked phone first, then went on website. OMG--CONTACTS GONE! Only ones showing where the new 6 i added. Called Customer Service--NO HELP. Told to go to the store--REALLY; all this technology and I have to go to the store so they can "manually add the contacts---but only if your phone turns on". Uh,spilled water on it! It won't turn on. **bleep**. Send this back ASAP. Get ur tech up, Verizon; Get it up!
