From Day 1 not only did I have basic plan problems, but basic advertised phone feature problems as well as every other problem imaginable. Basic phone features due to the necessary plan upgrade didn't begin to function properly for over a month and now, after 3 months with this phone, have only slightly improved if at all.
Persistently buggy OS
Upgraded plan overall dissatisfaction.
On a scale of 1-10 (1 being Terrible, 10 being Great), I give this phone a −5
