I had just activated my BRAND NEW enV Touch phone not more than an hour and a half ago.
The touch screen's calibration has now been completely messed up for no reason. The touch response is now off my about an inch.
I have tried re-calibrating the screen. I can successfully touch the center, and top two arrows, but when the bottom ones first pop up they are un-responsive and therefore I cannot re-calibrate my touch screen. Please help. I just want this phone to work because I just bought it brand new.
Update: Now my touch screen is COMPLETELY un-responsive!!

Pull the Battery while the Device is on if you can and when the Battery is out Hold Down on the Power Button for 20 Sec. Let Go Re-Install the Battery.. Power the Device up and see if things have stabilized
