i think it's in accessibility settings. or Let's go to Menu > Settings > Accessibility and turn off all forms of Readout. Once this settings is updated, power off phone for 1 minute and test.

Help has arrived! We can understand that voice prompts aren’t always needed. I appreciate LENNYEDGE providing some helpful tips. Were you able to try those steps & if so, did it remove the voice prompts? If this didn’t work, let’s gather a few extra clues to get this resolved. What make & model phone do you have? Do the voice prompts come on when you are doing anything in particular on the phone?
