For about 16 hours now, my phone will not receive any texts. I can make and receive calls and send texts as well. Everything else on my phone is working properly besides the random times it turns itself off, but that is nothing new. I have not dropped it or anything like that recently as well. It just stopped receiving texts and I don't know what to do!

Not receiving text messages is a bummer! I sure hope this has resolved itself, but if not I am here! Are you aware of any other users not able to receive messages in your area? Please ensure the incoming messages are not being blocked by going to Settings & Tools>Phone Settings>Security>ENTER LOCK CODE>Restrictions>LOCK CODE AGAIN>Messages>Incoming Messages>Allow all should be selected. If you are continuing to have issues with messages, please direct message me for more help.
