I have a need to call forward to different numbers. I have been using this technique for a long time but recently got a new phone. Now when I try to create a call forwarding in my contacts such as *72-xxx-xxx-xxxx, and when I try to use the contact shortcut, 011-*72-xxx-xxx-xxxx goes out. This causes the forward to fail. Why is that 011 being added and how do I get that 011 to not be added?

Hi KsMW,
I know how important it is to have the option to call forward your calls. Let's get this issue resolved. Whenever a 011 is being added to a contact, it usually means that an international feature is on. To provide you with the steps to turn off this feature or to review other possible troubleshooting steps please provide us with your phone's model.
