I have currently tried to unblock 3 of the numbers I had blocked this morning and there is an error message that keeps coming up and it wont let me unblock anything. Can someone please help? i need to get in touch with these numbers!
One thing to try is see what happens when you try from a different browser. Sometimes I find IE9 buggy with the verizon site. Mary
