When will software upgrade correct problem with phone sending out quick text messages to my phone,s contact list? Can this phone be set up not to connect to internet?
You can put a data block on the line if you don't want to connect to the internet. You can do it yourself via your on-line MyVerizon account, or call Customer Service and have them do it.
We have a Convoy 2 on our account and haven't experienced any quick text messages being sent, unless we tell the phone to do so. That's a new one for me if the phone is doing it by itself.
