My son's phone (a Samsung Intensity II) is stuck in "USB Download Mode". It was fine before he put it on charge, but when he plugged it up, it gave him the USB message, and now it won't do anything else. It you unplug it, it just goes black...press the power button and it flashes the USB message for a second and goes back to black. We have tried removing the battery, waiting, then putting it back in, but to no avail. We also tried hooking it up to the computer, but that hasn't helped either. This is very frustrating. Our other son has an original Samsung Intensity, and has never had a bit of trouble from it. We expected the same from the Intensity II, but this is horrible. Does anyone have any suggestion as what to do?

I just popped the battery out and it worked.
