Has there been any progress on the resolutions for the Pantech Hotshot phone? I am still having difficulties with the phone not playing my ringtone when it rings and instead just giving me a missed call chime after the fact. And now the problem of it just randomly powering off has gotten worse. Today it powered down twice within 15 minutes of itself. Super frustrating! And yes I have already looked to see if there has been a software update which mine states it is currently up to date. Also as mentioned before it is very random. There is no pattern that I have noticed. There are many many people having these issues so it seems that someone needs to come up with some time of a solution. Thanks!
I forgot to add I have also already tried a hard reset as well with no success. This is my second HotShot as they gave me another one hoping it was just a fluke....not the case.
