Octane software update

My Octane just went through a software update but I can't find any information on what changed either on the Verizon site or Googling.  Does anyone know what version 8 (VN530ZV8) of the software changed/fixed?

I searched for what the update does too and can't find anything either.  My phone works fine as it is and I'm not doing the update until I can find out if it will be of any benefit to me.

At the moment, the only change I've found is that the LG Service Menu is disabled.

the update mainly fixed problems with MMS and SMS. It is OTA only.

MMS stands for Multi Media Service (picture and video messaging) and SMS stands for Short Message Service (text messaging).
