Non smart phone how to access verizon app

I am trying to approve account manager role but my phone is not a smart phone and the rep keeps tell me to approve through the app. There is no app on the dumb phone so how will I approve account managers on the online account???

You do have another option, you can also approve an Account Manager through our online portal. - Cecile_VZW
