As the title states, I'm having trouble with my phone. I don't know what happened, but while the phone is fully charged and can turn on and off, no other buttons work. I can't make phone calls or check voicemail or texts or anything. I have texts that I desperately need to get to so I can't completely reset the phone. I've taken the battery out and put it back in, but no luck. What should I do?

Oh no! I know how frustrating it can be to have a device that is not working properly. I want to help.
Has there been any liquid or physical damage to the device? How long have you had this device? If you have taken the battery out/in, and the device is still frozen. The next step would be a complete reset of the device. Keep me posted.
