I am now also having this issue with my phone. It recently started where the earpiece wasn't clear and I couldn't understand what people were saying. Now it includes the speakerphone part. The microphone is apparently working according to other people I am talking to. I just got this phone 4 months ago and I was hoping I wouldn't have any more issues with phones for a while.
