This phone turns on and makes calls by itself. I turn it off during the night, but it still turned itself on and started calling my contacts. Verizon says I should remove the battery and replace it only when I want to make a call or send a text or see if I have a voicemail. Not very practical. Verizon said LG has a software update coming that will correct this, but LG says there is no such update coming. Naturally, the phone is out of warranty. So, now I have a phone that I can barely use and have to wait a year before I can purchase another. This is really a terrible product.
