LG Extravert 2 Owner's Manual

OK, I got my wife a new phone (LG Extravert 2) and it appears that there isn't any way to get a complete owner's manual for it.   If I try to download one from the Verizon website it gives me one for the LG Extravert which is a significantly different phone. (For example, the available manual lists a way to adjust screen calibration with directions to prompts that aren't even available on the Extravert 2).

The online support area is pretty much useless with the limited information that it provides.

How about the manual right from the LG site, is that not the one for your model?  Mary

Along the same line of question that ctjailer had, I have spent close to two hours online ( including the above mentioned sites ) trying to find answer for the message vault feature.  The instructions provided on the LG site recommended by acraftylady say to access it through main menu/messages/then select "more".  On both mine and my wife's phone that leaves us with 3 options to pick from but the vault is not one of them.  I saved an important text to the vault figuring I would figure out how to retrieve it later but I do not believe the Verizon version of the LG280 can perform this function. That text is probably gone for good.  If anyone can provide a real answer for this it would be greatly appreciated.  By the way, I probably have less than a week to find this "vaulted" text because a replacement Extravert 2 is on it's way to me.  This lousy excuse for a phone is already fried to receive and/or delete texts and will lock and/or shut down it's processor after 20 minutes or so.  Rebooting by removing and then reinstalling battery is the only thing keeping this phone limping along for now. But anyhoooo, I really need to get that text back Smiley Happy
