My Dare (I got it used from a family friend) stopped working a month after I got it. It won't turn on, unless it is plugged in. As far as I can tell, there are no other issues with it. When I try to turn it on, it shows the Verizon logo, but stays on that until you take the battery out. Could this issue be fixed by buying a new battery? I don't want to buy a new battery only to find out that this issue has nothing to do with the battery...
