I've lived in my current location since September 2011 without any network problems. Yesterday, my phone started roaming randomly - sometimes it roams, sometimes it's in-network. I can't control which it's on when I receive texts or calls, which is frustrating because in order to avoid all charges I basically need to keep my phone off or in airplane mode.
I would love some help on this issue. I've already tried changing system select to Home Only but it still roams just as often. I also tried rebooting the phone.
I'd call Verizon but I'm worried I'll end up in a 40 minute call that started roaming out of my control and then I'll be billed a billion dollars or whatever.
