Issues With Backup Assistant

I recently changed my device. It SHOULD be compatible with Backup assistant, however my phone won't allow me to get into "Get it Now" in any way shape or form to download it. I tried the website, didn't work. And now the Verizon App store doesn't work.

Anyone have feedback? I need my numbers. :c

Is your newer phone an older device?  It might not have gotten the "Get It Now" certificate update in 2010 or 2011.  If not, then you will need to find a corporate store that has the software to manually install it on the phone to get "Get It Now" to work.
