How to keep a CANCELED incoming call from going to voicemail?

The reason is that if someone is getting a lot of marketing phone calls, how do you keep the call from going to voicemail?

Either straight out or some option to say voicemail or just hang up on them.

Preventing unwanted calls and voicemails is important, Xersist. We do offer a Call and Message block service that will allow you to block up to five numbers from calling or texting your phone for 90 days. This will prevent the caller from being able to leave you a voicemail as well. You can learn more about this feature and how to set it up here, http://spr.ly/6588DEFTA.

If they aren't blocked? I don't think there is a one button solution. I think you have to press Answer then press End. A telemarketer won't call you back, but if they do, you can answer and say "Put me on your do not call list" and I think they legally must do so.
