How to get PIN?

Anyone know how I find my PIN with Verizon?

I must say the Verizon website is one of the worst websites I have dealt with.  And I am internet marketer who builds websites.  Nothing is explained and nothing makes sense.

I got a new phone from Verizon.  To port my contacts they want all kinds of information including my PIN.  However, I do not know what my PIN is and do not ever recall using a PIN with Verizon.  I am a 10 year Verizon customer...and wondering why.

I think you are misunderstanding what is wanted.....  I think you are talking about Backup Assistant restore your contacts and if this is the case you should use the same password that you used when you setup Backup Assistant...  You would have set the application up because it isn't setup by default..

Try thinking what you did to backup your contacts and enter that password...
