How Do I Suspend Service To My Deceased Wife's Phone?

I do not need the second phone or the added expense; would like to alter my plan accordingly but see nothing in questions or FAQ's covering suspending an account permanently due to a death! My alternative will be to cancel and find another carrier!

I'm sorry to hear of your wife's passing.

You need to CANCEL her line, not "suspend permanently".  If you have a death certificate they may also waive any early termination fees.  Again, call customer service or go into a corporate store, and cancel her line of service.  You can't do this online.

You need to go to a store with the death certificate. They will waive any ETF
