Is there a dictionary app that will work offline (no data plan)? I'd love to be able to quickly type a word into my phone to get a definition anywhere anytime.
nope. Because the brightside is a messaging/basic phone and does not have access to the google play store or app store for IOS.
If you want smartphone features get a smartphone.
