Contact Groups don't help everyone. Is there a way to hide or remove them from the interface? The feature confuses my mom when she opens Contacts but sees Contact Groups instead. She is trying to learn to use her new ZTE Cymbal.
Thank you for visiting us on the community forum, BasicPhoneUserToo. Unfortunately, the user interface for the Cymbal can't be customized. When she opens the contacts list, both the individual contacts and the group contacts will be up at the top. She'll just need to make sure she's got the individual contacts selected. We apologize for the inconvenience, but hopefully she'll become accustomed to her new phone quickly. Can we answer any other questions for you at this time?
