I ordered my watch 9/15 I received a confirmation that it will be delivered the 29th. Here it is 9/30 no shipping details I have not yet been charged and I have no idea where my watches are!!!! Support was clueless and cannot give me a straight answer as to ETA of my pre-orders. worst Experience with Verizon ever
