Can I see the phone numbers of who my daughter is texting
Yes, if you look on the phone and if she hasn't deleted the texts. You also could see the numbers on her text log (not actual messages) when you're logged into your My Verizon account as Account Owner/Manager as long as the texts are going through VzW's servers; if she's using iMessages or a third-party text app, they won't be in the text log.
