So on my bill it shows my wife sent a message to a number with all 9s. So was she attempting to sent a message to someone blocked from her iPhone?

We always want to provide you with answers to your concerns. Help is here. Since messaging logs don't appear on our billing, we ask that you please share more details. Generally speaking, if a number has blocked you, the message wont send.
