Is there a Verizon iOS service to block "No Caller ID" calls? I've seen apps that charge $4.95 a month which is more than I think it's worth. Any apps free or one-time fee?

Look into YouMail - the free tier has Ditch Mail that detects calls with no number (unavailable, restricted, etc) and responds with a message to unblock the number and call back (or whatever message you want to provide) and then hangs up with no option for them to leave a voicemail. Google voicemail is free also and I believe has similar capability.
