I switched to the NEW Verizon Plan and now I can't make calls. Data still works.

The one where you get more data with a bit extra cost.

I switched to that.

But it still shows that I'm on the 12GB plan and I don't want to be.

I want to be on the 8GB plan.

My phone calls aren't working "We can not complete your request right now. Please retry again later. location 32752".

HELP!

NicholasLAranda, we always want your calls going through especially with this new cost saving plan. Since making this change, have you repowered your device? What make and model phone do you have?
