Hi! This is my first time visiting the Verizon Community.
I purchased an iPhone8+ almost a year ago. I sent in my old iPhone and was supposed to get around $199 trade-in, in monthly credits to my bills, spread out over two years. Well, as you can guess by the title of my post, the credits never came. I called Verizon, and they did receive my old phone, and the service rep. told me that she had to re-code the offer because it had been entered wrong by the store where I purchased the new phone, but that didn't fix the problem. I have visited the store about every other month, and they assure me that they've straighten out the problem, so I wait another month for the next statement, only to be disappointed again and again.
So, I thought I would reach out to the community for help and advice. I don't know what else to do.
