I've tried the steps from the link given in the live chat and still nothing worked. My iPhone says 'The SIM card that you currently have installed in this iPhone is from a carrier that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server. Please insert another SIM supported by the carrier or request your iPhone to be unlocked by your carrier." I the sim that was originally with the phone but i'm not a verizon customer anymore and dont know the information to my account. I've reached out to the company im with and got the plan switched to the iPhone so the sim no longer works with my orignal phone with my new company. Basically im serviceless until I get a response. Please Help.
