I installed Verzon Call Filter on my iPhone. Unfortunatley the filter is incorrectly identifying some numbers as spam. Is there a way to identify these numbers as not being spam so that they will not be filtered and sent directly to voicemail?
We are very sorry to hear that the Call Filter app does not seem to be working as it should, costakathy. We will be more than happy to go through some steps to make sure that it is identifying spam phone numbers correctly. How long has this been happening for? Can you please describe what is happening that tells you that the Call Filter app is identifying phone numbers as spam when they are not spam phone numbers or calls? BrettA_VZW
