The account holders name comes up on my calls, not mine. How do I get my name to come up? Very confusing to my customers when I call them

Go to your my verizon account as owner or manager go to products and apps share name Id it's a free service to choose what shows up on caller id

Having the correct name appear on the caller id is a must. I would not want you to place calls and not reach your intended party. BillyG57, you are on point, thanks so much for you much appreciated help.
